The patient is a high myope with astigmatism and previously wearing Biofinity soft contact lenses. Due to this patient’s steep corneas, the practitioner decided to prescribe the [SpecialEyes 54 Toric](https://www.specialeyesqc.com/toric-and-sphere) Custom Contact Lenses. The practice presented SpecialEyes with the following parameters:  **Keratometry Readings**:  OD: 45.75/47.75  OS: 45.75/48.25  **Manifest Refraction**:  OD: -12.50 -2.00 x 025  OS: -10.00 -2.25 x 158 The initial trial toric contact lenses were designed using the [SpecialEyes Arc Length Calculator](https://calculators.specialeyesqc.com/arc-length-calculator.php).
